Choose the Charter that matches your home state location. This will allow you to pitch in the state tournament for that charter. If your state has more than one charter choose the one that most closely matches your geographical location.

Membership Type Information
A Provisional membership is a reduced fees membership that allows players to pitch in all leagues and tournaments except state tournaments and the world tournament. It can only be used for first time membership.
A Full membership allows players to pitch in all leagues and tournaments including their home charter’s state tournament and the world tournament.
